If you are participating in this competition and the school is NOT supplying an accompanist for you, ATTACH A CHECK for $10 made payable to BRAZOSWOOD CHOIR. Put the account number 304 and your name in the memo line. This fee will cover your entry fee, materials, and practice materials. If you choose to supply your own accompanist, you will NOT be able to have us hire an accompanist for you at a later date.
If you are participating in the piano competition, ATTACH A CHECK for $10 made payable to BRAZOSWOOD CHOIR. Put the account number 304 and your name in the memo line. This fee will cover your entry fee, and materials. You will need to provide two original copies of your music for the competition.
STAPLE CHECK HERE ON FRONT.
Attach your check and turn in the form if you want to participate. When the fee is paid, we will select the song and supply you with practice CD tracks and help sessions with you accompanist. If you miss the completion deadline, you will not be allowed to participate. No extension to the entry deadline is allowed by UIL.
This is an optional contest. You must be UIL passing at the time of the contest. If you do not complete the process for any reason, you forfeit all fees. There are NO REFUNDS.
If you do not complete the registration process by returning this form with payment by the deadline, you will not be entered in the contest.
ENSEMBLES:
We will pick an ensemble for you to sing AFTER we receive this registration document and the complete fee payment from your group. Ensemble registration cost $7 PER ensemble member. You may pay this with one check or with individual checks from each member. In either case, attach the TOTAL payment to this form.

Music Selection – We will begin to select music – FRIDAY – JANUARY 7th, 2005 during class.
Last music selection date – FRIDAY – JANUARY 14th, 2005 at 3:30pm
Students are welcome to come in the morning before school to select music. Audio files and copies of the music are available for review for most of the music selections.
Selections of literature MUST be on the approved PML list and must meet director’s approval for appropriateness and eligibility.
Additional information is available from the directors. Ask us if you do not understand. The most important fact is that the registration process MUST be completed by the deadline. There are NO EXTENSIONS.
